It’s a another day of the Friendly Dental VLK (very low key)Duathlons on a perfect Havelock North Spring morning.

 The distances were 2km run, 11km bike and a 2km run. Frances and Mr Barclay did the last of the series with Mr Barclay finishing 1^st and Frances finishing 4^th in their age groups.

Frances took 9mins off her first VLK time which is a fantastic improvement! Mr Barclay’s time was 37.39secs and Frances’s time was 49.22secs.


It was also great to see ex-pupils - The Gray boys - performing so well in the, very competitive, Junior boys division.
